Disney Ambassadors have had the privilege of donning the iconic gold pin each day and representing the magic of Disney that has symbolized hope for people near and far for decades.
Walt Disney World Ambassadors serve a two-year term as “Emissaries of Goodwill” and official spokespersons of our resort. They also represent more than 80,000 Cast Members and play a key role in bringing the magic of Disney out into our Florida community, offering them a special relationship with the Resort. As Walt Disney World Resort honors its own milestone anniversary, the 2024-2025 Walt Disney World Ambassador team is bringing together our Cast Members, guests and community with joy and hope.
Serena Arvizu
Originally from Tucson, Arizona, Serena started her Disney journey in 2016 when she completed a semester-long Disney College Program as a Food and Beverage hostess at the Crystal Palace in Magic Kingdom.
Shannon Smith-Conrad
Born and raised in Bakersfield, California, Shannon started with The Walt Disney Company in 2012 through the Disney College Program– where she worked on the Disneyland Resort Transportation and Parking Team, an opportunity that changed the trajectory of her career.
