Negotiations with Master Services Council have begun for Disneyland Resort

The bargaining process began on April 24 for The Master Services Council and Disneyland Resort. The MSC is comprised of four major unions, representing nearly 14k cast members at the Disneyland Resort including: Attractions, Candy Makers, Costuming, Custodial, Main Entrance, Parking, Resort Transportation, Store Operations, Team Centers, and Anaheim Distribution Center. The current contract for Disneyland Park expires on June 16, 2024. With the contract for Disney California Adventure Park expiring on Sept. 30, 2024.

Part of providing a holistic employment package is having a productive working relationship with unions. We approach these negotiations with great care and compassion by providing resources for leaders and their cast members.

We look forward to continuing to meet with the Master Services Council Leadership to reach a fair agreement for cast members and the company and remain steadfast in our commitment to fostering a positive work environment for all.
