Disneyland Resort BERGs


Disneyland Resort hosts several Belonging Employee Resource Groups (BERGs), which are voluntary, employee-led communities centered around common identities, interests and goals. BERGs play a key role in fostering inclusion, cultural awareness and professional growth for cast members. Here’s an overview of some of our BERGs and what they represent: 

Celebrates the culture and business of the community of Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders.

Advocates for respect, equality and appreciation of people with disabilities through awareness, education and inclusion.

Promotes Hispanic/Latino heritage and cultural exchange between all cast members, encouraging fellowship and enhancing both professional and personal development for members.

Celebrates, educates and advocates on behalf of all LGBTQIA+ and ally employees, fostering a culture of authenticity and inclusivity across the enterprise, marketplace and global community.

Fosters the cultural, educational and professional development of cast members of African and Caribbean descent. 

A group dedicated to cast members with a strong connection to the armed services, providing resources to connect them with the community and each other, and supporting the needs of the veteran and military community at large.

Supports cast members interested in elevating and highlighting the powerful influence of diverse women on our culture, people and market, as champions of inclusion, education, development, mentorship and sponsorship.
