Something for Every Taste This Summer at Disneyland Paris

A breakfast with Disney princesses, food in the rhythms of The Lion King & Jungle Festival, and a discovery of the French regions and European countries with the third edition of Rendez-Vous Gourmand, Disneyland Paris offers guests a delicious summer for the delight of all tastes.

A royal breakfast with Disney princesses

A unique experience at Disneyland Paris

What could be more magical than starting the day with a delicious breakfast fit for royalty in the company of Disney princesses? Under the medieval archways of Auberge de Cendrillon, which is romantically nestled in the heart of Disneyland Park, you will be spoiled for choice no matter how big your appetite. What better way to prepare for a busy day than by fuelling up with a hot breakfast (scrambled eggs, veal and chicken sausages, a savoury Mickey waffle, pan-fried vegetables), pastries, bread, an assortment of five sweet and savoury verrines, as well as the hot and cold drinks of your choice? And little ones, even those with big appetites, can enjoy a hot breakfast too (scrambled eggs, veal and chicken sausages, two savoury Mickey waffles), an assortment of three verrines (yoghurt, diced fresh fruit, fruit purée), cereal and the hot and cold drinks of their choice. Preparing all these tasty dishes wouldn’t be possible without the help of Cinderella’s Fairy Godmother!

To make this experience even more special, Disney princesses will be making an appearance to meet guests. As this is the only table-service breakfast in the company of Disney Characters at Disneyland Paris, it is recommended to book in advance. So start your day the fairytale way!

A tasty adventure in the world of The Lion King and The Jungle Book

An immersive dining experience for explorers tall and small

The world of The Lion King and Jungle Festival also takes over the food and beverage experience at Disneyland Paris with plenty of options to suit all tastes. Throughout the season every day until 3pm, the Hakuna Matata restaurant will be laying on a unique experience with an African-inspired dish and Rafiki and Mickey meeting guests in special explorer outfits. The restaurant will be offering a Savannah Delights of The African Platter meal (vegan version also available), and the Exotic Paradise Ice-Cream.

Guests can also cool off at the Victoria’s Home Style Restaurant on Main Street, USA with the Pumbaa shake and the Simba shake. The Lion King and Jungle Festival invite itself also into the plates of the buffets: Inventions Restaurant offers the Lion tartelette, Tropical Paw Mousse and Mahi-Mahi Wraps. Guests can enjoy a Mango Babaat Restaurant des Stars, a Wild Mango Cake at Plaza Gardens, Rhezail horns at Agrabah Café… exclusive meal offers are not being left out.

A break at all times with the third edition of Rendez-Vous Gourmand de Disneyland Paris

Disneyland Paris celebrates French and European gastronomy by adding Italy, Spain, Belgium and Greece (along with French regions, vegan culture and a chalet serving international beers) in the third edition of Rendez-Vous Gourmand in Walt Disney Studios Park, from the 13 July to 10 October 2019. This year, Disneyland Paris wants to encourage guests to discover new flavors and live a unique experience in its Parks!

Discover the French regions’ and Europe’s gustative marvels

Regions including Alsace, Savoy, Brittany and the West Indies will showcase a selection of “must-taste” dishes and regional products such as sauerkraut, galettes, tartiflette, or accras. Must-taste desserts like the coconut custard pie, Zannanna cake, pecan pie and mirabelles pie, served with the best regional wines and ciders, will delight the guests. This year, guests can also discover two new chalets: the Bar à Vin to discover the French way of life with a selection of organic wine and champagne to serve with quality cold cuts and cheese, and the Éclair & Gourmandise chalet to be immersed in a sweet atmosphere and taste a pick of exceptional eclairs.

With paella, fricadelle, lasagna, churros, tiramisu, crema catalana and even the famous Belgian waffle from Liège, Disneyland Paris has decided to take guests’ taste buds on a journey around beautiful Europe. For the first time, Greece has a dedicated chalet, offering moussaka and Greek salad, pastries and fresh raisins. The vegan chalet in the European area will offer falafels, lentil dahl and Buddha bowl… To accompany these dishes and desserts, one chalet will be entirely dedicated to French and European spirits: wines from all regions, champagne or beers.

Dishes will be served in four chalets decorated in the theme of each region and legitimately installed on Rue de Paris, near Place de Rémy, the Ratatouille attraction and Bistrot Chez Rémy, the Park’s place dedicated to the French gastronomy. Guests can also choose to extend the experience by bringing back home some of these regional products sold in the chalets of the Park.

A musical Rendez-vous in a relaxed atmosphere

The musical bands “Ratatouille Band” and “Silly Kitchen Band” will return to play Parisian Gipsy Jazz and Musette and New Orleans Jazz & Blues. For the first time, Francky the accordionist will play five times a day in the Walt Disney Studios Park, and guests can also admire the food sculptor showing his talent.
