With Disney’s “Oz The Great and Powerful” coming out this week, Disney Social Games is launching a number of game tie-ins with the movie.
Given that the fashions from Oz are extremely popular right now, Disney City Girl – Disney’s new fashion game – will allow players to ‘walk the yellow brick road’ in their favorite outfits and gowns seen in the film. Players will also be guided by the movie’s flying monkey, Finley, through a full Oz-themed mission quest, complete with outfits, costumes and home décor inspired by the film.
Also launching tomorrow is an Oz-themed update to Disney Social Games’ popular hidden objects game, Blackwood & Bell Mysteries. An ”Oz The Great and Powerful” Gem Chapter will be available for a limited time in the Facebook and mobile version. It allows players to crack tough detective cases by finding hidden objects in fun and unusual settings like the Tornado, the Great Forest, and the Yellow Brick Road.
